With reservations for her exciting 2025 Inaugural Season opening September 13, we’re spotlighting some of Allura’s top dining experiences that we cannot wait to share with you. Read on for a few of our favorite food and drink options and experiences on Allura:

1. EMBER
   Savor one of the signature desserts, Triple Chocolate Brownie with salted caramel and vanilla ice cream, at our newest specialty restaurant. At Ember, it’s all about delighting in the pure and uncomplicated pleasure of delicious cuisine.
2. AQUAMAR® KITCHEN
   Relish Aquamar Kitchen’s Yellowfin Tuna Tacos. The dish is enhanced by the zest of spring onion and fresh guacamole. The chic seaside-inspired setting paired with a diverse collection of fresh, vibrant breakfast and lunch dishes creates the perfect balance of healthy and indulgent. Whether you are a dedicated vegetarian, die-hard food or somewhere in between, you’ll enjoy plenty of options without any of the guilt.

3. FOUNDERS BAR
   Order ready-made Negronis that come straight from an oak barrel, and sip cocktails infused with vapor-filled bubbles rich with aromatic flavors. With so many perfectly crafted cocktails and drinking options on the Founders Bar menu, anything is possible.
4. BARISTAS
   Combine the stylish flair of a European coffee house with the warm smiles of your neighborhood café and 270-degree sea views – this is Baristas. Enjoy a classic cappuccino or latte paired with the multi-layered flaky goodness of an Italian sfogliatella, exquisitely golden and filled with vanilla semolina pudding and decadent ricotta from this guest-favorite venue.

5. THE CULINARY CENTER
   Learn the nuances of flavors that allow you to create and serve the perfect cheese course at Chef’s Studio at The Culinary Center. Our talented Chef Instructors demonstrate kitchen fundamentals, share secrets on curating a global pantry, and more during special seminars and tastings on board Allura.
